KATRINA TIMELINE

This is a lint to a very interesting timeline that tends to.... *question* current talking points that the local and state governments didn't ask for help in time. I've pulled together some of the more applicable headlines. (PS - this timeline has links to each document, mostly from official websites such as whitehouse.gov - so while the website itself might have a political slant, the times and dates are likely correct)
