It's up to you if you would like to try to hear the noise. So far, about 50% of the folx here at work have heard it, including, most definitely, our high school intern.
And EverBabe, but not Ogre. Interesting... I guess 34 is the cut off point.

Reminds me of the hearing test we have to take during our annual physicals. I can definitely hear the high-pitch, but it's more pronounced at the on-start and then your ears adjust.
I presume you can hear it, Sean. It seems almost impossible to me that people DON'T hear it. If I were stuck with that sound I'd have to stab my eardrums out with a pen in maybe 7 minutes. Well, for those of you who can't hear it, it goes like this: 'eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee'
